At Happy Home Bordercollies, we stand behind the health and well-being of our puppies. We guarantee that each puppy is in excellent health and free from any infections or contagious diseases at the time of purchase. Our commitment to you doesn’t stop when you take your new puppy home; we consider ourselves a family of breeders, experienced counsellors, and passionate puppy enthusiasts.

While we strive to ensure that our puppies are always in perfect health, we recognize that some factors are beyond our control. A puppy’s well-being depends on various aspects, including genetics, exercise, nutrition, and overall care. Although we cannot guarantee that your puppy will never experience health issues, we pledge to do our best to make sure your new family member is as healthy as possible.

Upon purchase, we certify that your puppy is in good health, to the best of our knowledge. We ensure that all necessary vaccinations and deworming treatments have been administered as per the provided vaccination record. From this point, the buyer assumes responsibility for any additional vaccinations and booster shots.

In the unfortunate event that your puppy falls ill or has a genetic defect, specific conditions must be met for a replacement to be considered. A licensed veterinarian must provide an official report stating that the puppy has a genetic issue that would negatively impact its life. This report, along with the vet’s office phone number, must be sent to us. If the puppy passes away, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death, and the documentation must be forwarded to us before any decisions are made. We reserve the right to verify the diagnosis with a veterinarian of our choice. Please note that we are not responsible for any expenses incurred, including return shipping and vet costs
